New Authority Leads: Terms of Service (draft)

1. Who we are

New Authority Leads is offered by AK Digital Marketing LLC ("TruckerStack"). TruckerStack is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) or the U.S. Department of Transportation.

2. The data

Records come from public FMCSA datasets on data.transportation.gov. We reformat and filter them but do not verify them. Records may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Line type of phone numbers is not verified unless flagged as a cell from the FMCSA census.

3. Your responsibility for outreach

You, the buyer, are solely responsible for how you use the data, including compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act for commercial email, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the National Do Not Call Registry rules for calls and texts, and all state laws. Do not use autodialed or prerecorded calls or marketing texts to wireless numbers without the consent the law requires. Honor every opt-out.

4. License

Your subscription is for use inside your own business. Reselling or republishing the files is not allowed.

5. Plans, trial and cancellation

Prices are listed on the product page. Paid plans will include a 7-day trial. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be added before checkout opens.

6. Features marked coming soon

Exclusivity, DNC scrub, email verification, HubSpot, Zapier, webhook and API delivery are not available yet and are not part of any plan until launched.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

The data is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior month.
